Our goal is to reverse the machine-human process, to swap two roles of them: Machine do the simplest “select” work, while human do the most complicated “generate” work.
Techonology used: p5.js
Our inspiration, Hybrid Vigor by Harm van den Dolpel, is a project generating graphics by Genetic Algorithm, human choosing two graphics as parents, and machine continuing generating next group.
During our process of exploration of genetic algorithm, we encounterd numerous difficulties because of insufficient knowlegdge of the technology, but eventually we manage to recreate a piece of this techonology and demostrate our idea using p5.js.
